Get a stop light on 1100 north and 1300 West

Students cross this road daily and are put in harms way with high speeds, & poor visual space. Let's not have a death on this road before we take this simple saftey precaution for our kids.

1) The intersection is a school crosswalk, but, without a stop sign, it is really unsafe for any pedestrians crossing north/south. 2) North/south traffic flow is slowed down because the intersection requires such a high level of caution before proceeding. 3) The intersection is high traffic both directions and requires pulling nearly into oncoming traffic to see if cars are coming from either direction which is incredibly unsafe. 4) The intersection seems like it should have a 4-way stop, so sometimes people do stop when they don't have to. This confuses the right-of-way and can lead to accidents. 5) Cars traveling east/west regularly get cut off when people enter the intersection
