CEHA Traffic/Crime Control Measures

To the President of the Board, Churchill Estates Homeowners Association and Diamond Management,

Due to the amount of criminal activity, unwarranted solicitation, as well as traffic dangers and safety violations. I strongly concur that traffic control elements in the form of Tire Deflation devices be placed at the Exits to CEHA on Snip Road and Triple Crown. Partial substantiating evidence is listed in the examples below:

1. Testimonials, photographs and concurrences as listed by residents of our community on Nextdoor.com website for CEHA ca. May 2015 to present.

2. Police Reports, a matter of public record as identified by Prue Station authorities (San Antonio Police Department).

3.  Firearms violations leading to the arrest/apprehension of suspects by community resident (See Arrests in CE this quarter).

We humbly request that the HOA board vote in favor for the placement of Traffic Control Spikes to assist in minimizing criminal elements and establish a safer traffic control flow for pedestrians and property.
