Dog shot by Coeur D' Alene

After reading the article I was amazed that first of all the policeman couldn't identify a Labrador from a Pit Bull, not that it matters in the least.  Secondly, a dog will protect the owner's car and what does our illustrious law enforcement officer do.  He draws down and shoots the dog while the dog is in the vehicle.  Sheesh, and we give the people lethal weapons.  They don't use the taser or pepper spray anymore so let's distribute these to the general public so that we can protect ourselves from the police.
