Stop Vehicle Emissions Testing in Gwinnett County Georgia

Vehicle Emissions Testing is a federal mandate forced on us by by our county and state officials that allows the government to tell you whether or not you can drive your vehicle.  If your vehicle does not pass their test, you have to repair it, which could cost hundereds of dollars or you do not get tags for it. The reasons for failing their emissions test may have absolutely nothing to do with emissions. For example, mine failed because of a solenoid in the transmission.  We are junking cars that are still in good working order and losing out on job opportunities because of the poor transportation system in Gwinnett County. This law borders on extortion.  Hall county our neighbor doesn't have to have emissions testing why is that they think everyone in Gwinnett County has money to burn. I don't and had to get  rid of over 3 vehicles and people I no have to ride around with expired tags praying for a miracle. But we can burn Garbage on our properties which pollutes are  environments and lungs while were inside our homes.
