No more sick pay! Vacation pay is the only way!

    Current law dictates that you shan't be paid accrued sick time after leaving a company.
    We live in a world of addiction, people call in sick from being hungover, coming down from benders, and just for the fun of it all the time. They get to utilize those accrued hours and are outright rewarded for their poor decisions.

    What about those who are healthy? Or the hard worker that doesn't get sick, or toughs it out when they're not feeling well? Should they not be rewarded for making good decisions and both living a positive-healthy lifestyle and being a great representative for the company?

    We need to do away with the sick pay option altogether and require people to accrue vacation pay only.
