Animal Abuse is a terrible thing. When animals are abused, whether it be a home pet such as a dog or cat, or an exotic animal such as elephants or birds, it is a disgrace. The sad thing in America is sick people who commit murder are given 3 meals a day and shelter along with child abusers who are in prison while some animals may not even have shelter or 1 meal a day.
We have registered sex offenders list for those perverts who want to harm children in a sexually and abusive way. We should have the same for animals. Our government believes in treating murderers, rapists, etc humanely with their punishments. Why don't we treat animals humanely and give them the chance to defend themselves by having a registered animal abuser list that can prevent abusive people from ever having the chance to hurt animals again. Give animals a chance! Sign this petition!

We have reached over 400. Every day more and more animals are being abused a second or third time after their owner has been caught abusing them. Lets make sure that no other animal has to suffer! The goal is at least 10,000 but if we can get up to 1,000 I will work with my professor who has written bills and laws while a judge and also work with my state's representatives to begin working on this list. This will help stop animal abuse drastically! Please continue to share this petition because it is key in the fight against animal abuse!

We are already up to 290 signatures and it has only been a couple days! Please keep sharing so we can get more signatures and get talking to those we need to in order to get this into law. Lets keep making every attempt to save abused animals and give them second chances;and lets not let dogs need a second chance. Keep sharing and thank you once again!
