Request Stronger Sentence For Men Who Tortured Aspergers Teen!

A 17-year-old boy with Aspergers syndrome and autism thought the 18-year-old Jack Bolton, Andrew Griffin and Nathan Marshall were his friends, until they betrayed his trust by physically assaulting him and taping the abuse on a mobile phone.

The gang stomped on the boy's head, punched him repeatedly, scratched his skin with sandpaper, beat him with a tennis racket and threw him down a steep hill. They also applied tape to his genitals and ripped it off, forced him to drink alcohol until he passed out, and pelted him with dog feces.

Despite the taped evidence of these evil and traumatizing actions, the three men walked free with a community service sentence and three-month curfew. After suffering the ordeal, the victim left home and moved to another part of the country.

These three men need to receive a punishment that fits the crime. Their cruelty was premeditated and ongoing, and they took advantage of a minor with a mental disability. Please sign the petition to convince Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court to punish these men with a stronger sentence!

We, the undersigned, are shocked to learn of the light sentence given to Jack Bolton, Andrew Griffin and Nathan Marshall after they recorded themselves abusing an autistic minor who thought they were his friends.

As shown in court, the gang stomped on the boy's head, punched him repeatedly, scratched his skin with sandpaper, beat him with a tennis racket and threw him down a steep hill. They also applied tape to his genitals and ripped it off, forced him to drink alcohol until he passed out, and pelted him with dog feces.

Despite the taped evidence of these evil and traumatizing actions, we understand that the three men walked free with a community service sentence and three-month curfew. After suffering the ordeal, the victim left home and moved to another part of the country.

These three men need to receive a punishment that fits the crime. Their cruelty was premeditated and ongoing, and they took advantage of a minor with a mental disability. We respectfully urge you to consider a stronger sentence for these three men! Thank you for taking the time to read and consider our petition.
