Stop harassing our young ladies

It's come to light that an old man in a white SUV who has been observed lurking near a restaurant called Kabob House in the vicinity of UNM (Alb. NM) and who may/not be associated with the ownership of said business, has been cat-calling and offering money to young girls and women (at least one as young as 13 according to a parent witness) for reason we can only imagine. This harassment is offensive and needs to stop and if shaming the individual is an effective way to put an end to the behavior and set an example for other perverts, then so be it. If you are a resident of Albuquerque, this scenario sounds familiar and is concerning to you, then please feel free to sign this petition in an effort to stop the unwanted behavior.
