The Residents of Harbor Pointe are seeking action to protect our homes, our personal security, and living conditions. We have significant issues that have been ignored and continue to be. Our numerous attempts to address these concerns have gone unanswered by the leasing office. The issues are escalating leading up to the major incident on Thursday evening Nov 12, 2020, which had residents locked down for 10+ hours and active SWAT team activity on the property. There is a lack of communication between the leasing office and the residents. Critical information concerning our safety and security is not shared and not addressed in a timely manner.
Our concerns include:
Lack of functioning security cameras on property
Daily stolen packages from the lobby
Unsecured side doors around the building
Vandalism in the parking garage with no access to video footage allowed
Lack of adequate background checks on incoming residents to the property
Valet Trash being ignored and left out at inappropriate times and places and unattended for lengthy periods.
Issues with rodents and roaches not being addressed in a timely fashion.
We must collectively come together to demand a resolution to our concerns.
