We are asking and pleading that you sign this petition to make it illegal for anyone under the age of 16 to ever be on a motorcycle. Anastasia Allen is the motivation for this petition. A child will always have a hard time saying no to a motorcycle ride. As a community, parents, friends, loved ones, let's make that decision for our youth. We need a law ensuring their safety.
