The United States of America has had the same National Anthem since 1931. The Star Spangled Banner is a tired, old and boring. Culturally the US has had no large impact in recent years, so now is the time to change all that. Kanye West has had more of a cultural impact on the US and the rest of the world probably more than any other artist. Now is the time we change the old ways and propel into the future. We should adopt the song Runaway by Kanye West as our National Anthem. It will be played before major sports events, sung at political rally's and it will strike love and self reflection into every American in this country.
As a believer in the lord and as a dedicated Texan, I believe this is the change we all need. Being a minister at Holy Dove Ministry has really opened my eyes to the human side of life. We only have one shot at this so called mortal life. If we can reside in the heavens above after we depart this planet knowing we tried and made a change, what else can we ask for?
