Demand Child welfare services include protection for all children!

Child welfare services declined to help us get our 14 year old daughter off the street. She is doing hard drugs and is being manipulated by other teens. Child welfare services will only interfere if the child is being abused by her parents. There is no protection for delusional teenagers from themselves or from predators on the street. The police can do nothing as she is 14. This law or laws have to change to include self destructive teenagers and children.
