Prevent Unfair Dismissals

I think it's disgusting and disgraceful, that thousands of people in the UK, face dismissal over not being a team member, disability, Socially isolated, nervous, shy or lacking communication skills. Unfair Dismissal can severely effect mental health and financial problems.
Employer's should not discriminate and be punished if they do so, as not everyone wants to be a team player and individuals should be able to be alone if they wish. I got dismissed for filling in an application form wrong twice in 2 different companies.
