End laws based on vehicle's customization and emissions inspection

Its our right to our property and strong holds i say end these so we can make our cars look how we want them to with out worry and end emissions inspection so we can pass all our inspections instead of getting failed for pin hole leaks in our exhaust or getting failed because we put aftermarket exhaust on our car and deleted parts like the catalytic converter i see we see freedom in our rides vehicles that we purchase with out the help of a broken government
