This marks a new low in political muckraking that makes it clear that we desperately need new legislation to regulate the use of AI in political attacks, because this is as misleading as it is offensive.

These AI-generated videos can have profound effects on people, especially older voters who aren't tech-savvy enough to realize that what they are seeing is NOT real.

It's wildly dishonest and a reminder that Republicans have nothing to run on – only tearing Democrats down with lies and slander. We can't allow them to do so this easily.
