This action is important because we, as residents and consumers in McKinney Texas, have a unique opportunity because of the incredible population growth, to invite our favorite restaurants to build/come in at the intersection of Lake Forest and 380, rather than waiting for what comes what may. Thousands of people are waiting for your restaurants.
WE, the residents of McKinney, hereby undersigned, humbly request you bring your restaurant business here to McKinney at/near the intersection of Lake Forest/380. We took a neighborhood vote and your restaurants are the ones we would love to see here. McKinney, situated just immediately north of Allen, is growing by leaps and bounds and as a result we believe this presents us and you with a unique opportunity. Unique for us in that because we have yet to be built out, so we can actually request our favorite restaurants to come in. Unique for you, in that A) you are receiving a petition requesting your business from actual consumers that would be surrounding you and will be visiting your business, AND, B) in that in one single neighborhood alone we have 955 homes near Lake Forest/380, not including thousands more within such a small vicinity. We ask that you please take seriously the opportunity to consider building here and get in while you can. Being one of the first of nicer variety restaurants to be established, will also give you the opportunity to establish a regular customer following. As of right now, thousands of us have to drive far and wide to get to any decent restaurants, when rather, we would love the opportunity to be able to drive just down the street to our closest major intersection and visit your restaurant.
