Thank You for Retiring, Paul Ryan. Please Stay Out of Politics Forever.

Dear Paul Ryan,

I won't thank you for doing everything you could to repeal Obamacare. When Americans sent you to Washington, I don't think they were expecting you to make sure that Timmy's parents couldn't afford his meds.

I won't thank you for standing in the way of real immigration reform and helping to rip families apart. Mothers have been separated from their children. Husbands have been ripped from their wives. Great job.

I won't thank you for the meaningless tweets of thoughts and prayers after the each and every mass shooting. When day after day, dozens of people are killed by gun violence.

I won't thank you for defending some of the most reprehensible behavior of President Trump. For standing behind him after he called white supremacists "fine people."

But I will absolutely thank you for announcing today that you will not seek reelection. I bid you adieu and wish you a fond farewell.

Oh, and please don't run for president. No one wants that.
