Congressional Petition to regulate pricing and abolish up front charging by CRO' s

  • af: Antonio A
  • mottagare: Hard working Americans citizens, residents and anyone else that comes into contact with predatory practices levied.

Credit Repair Organizations are legitimate under the law, so long as they ascribe to and promulgate the acts passed by The Congress to protect, inform and safeguard the general public from Credit Repair Scams. These laws are found in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair and Accurate Credit Transact Act (FACTA), and the Credit Repair Organization Act (CROA). The overwhelming majority of companies and individuals do not list or promote these laws. They violate them by charging up front, by creating cut outs to ethical practice and by taking advantage of uneducated consumers.

An end to this pricing under Federal law and a standardized adoption of Federally regulated clauses would end the abuse practised by independent groups of operators, companies and private individuals conducting commerce under the "Credit Repair", "Debt Management" and "Financial Services Credit Repair" banner.
