Create laws regarding "Loot boxes" and gambling in gaming

The games industry has recently been implementing some questionable business practices with loot boxes the problem is the way that loot boxes are targeted towards kids and vulnerable people loot boxes offer random rewards so its just just like slot machines and as such they use the same psychological tricks a slot machine does and it seems the ESRB the regulatory body for the games industry seems to think this is fine the way loot boxes are debatable as to wether or not they are in fact gambling is down to the use of a pseudo currency in star wars battlefront 2 the pseudo currency they use is crystals but you buy this currency with real money so these crystals have a real world value which means that by proxy the loot box also has a real world value so i propose that some legislation be drafted up in regards to this underhanded business practice of randomized loot boxes the legally define it as gambling
