Dr. Barry Lycka: Apologize for misleading the public about the ECSA.

Dr.  Lycka, as the link attached to this petition clearly shows that it is profit over patient. And using the death of a cosmetic surgery patient to launch your domestic profit corporation is just one reason of many that your owe the public an apology.
