Stop gypsy horses being tethered and no shelter from all weathers, they do have feelings,

Please help save these horses from being tethered to any grassland or pavement in all weathers without shelter, it breaks my heart that the law is different from ours. They do need shelter and not to be tethered where they cannot escape from sun,rain and snow. They don't asked to be out just anywhere, they don't allow it in Ireland hence why they are doing it here, just remember when you are glad to be inside your homes these horses never get that choice. They do have feelings and souls. The law needs to be changed and these neglected horses need to be treated with respect that Britain treats their horses or face enormous fines. Please help the poor innocent animals that cannot escape any weather when each and everyone of them deserves a better life. So remember that why you can hear the rain beating at your window, it's beating down on a poor horses face without their choice. You have a choice, THEY DON'T. Act now and thanks for reading.
