GA: Legally Recognize "Non-Binary" As a Gender Designation

California has recently recognized "non-binary" as a legal designation in their state, becoming the first in the country to do so. Those who identify as "non-binary" do not identify as male or female.

As more and more Americans become aware of the vast spectrum of gender identity - we are also being challenged to make a place for those who identify outside of the gender binary and cis-normative narrative.

Atlanta is often heralded as the city "too busy to hate" - which is why Atlanta, and Georgia as a whole, should allow non-binary citizens to legally be recognized.

Urge Georgia to join California's example and pave the way for people to be legally recognized as their true selves. Join me in demanding the state recognize "non-binary" as a legal gender designation.
