Stop video gambling in the City of Highland, IL

The potentially negative effects that video gambling would have on our community need to be prevented.  Very little money is generated into the city coffers, but the gambling could result in personal hardships for the families living in and around our city.  More law enforcement could be needed to counteract the type of customers that would be attracted to the establishments with the machines.  Highland is a very family oriented town and the machines detract from this comfortable, safe, friendly community.
