Convicted rapists forbidden to enter the borough the victim resides in.

My child was dragged from the streets in broad daylight, beaten and repeatedly brutally raped by a complete stranger.

This was one of 2 attacks, my child and another 14 year old, within the space of 2 months.

6 years on, the rapist has been released from prison having completed 50% of his sentence.

We, as a family, are trying to cope with the sexual disease, internal injuries and psychological damage he inflicted on my child.  I am appealing for your help as I have watched my beloved daughter refuse to let this trauma ruin her life, bravely she has fought each day to rebuild her life and is currently studying at University working towards a 2.1 degree and socially engaging with people.  Understandably the presence of this man in her home town will terrify her and reduce her to the house bound, terrified victim she was 6 years ago.

Please help.

With the support of my MP Bill Bloggs I am going to petition the House of Lords requesting an introduction of a bill of law that forbids convicted sex offenders to enter the borough in which the victim resides, we need 100,000 signatures.
