Strip unworthy holder of Nobel Peace Prizes.

Over the years the Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded to some distinctly unworthy candidates such as Yasser Arafat, Shimon Peres and Yitzhak Rabin in 1994; Mother Teresa in 1979; Mohammed Sadat and Menachem Begin in 1978; Henry Kissinger and Le Duc Tho in 1973; and Theodore Roosevelt in 1906. These particular recipients should be stripped of their Prizes because of the enormous harm they have done to the world and its citizens.
