Ban the Burka/Nniqab in public places

  • mottagare: Mr. Cameron, Prime Minister of UK

The Burka/Niqab is not part of the Muslim faith or Koranic theology.   It is a tribal costume imported from Saudi Arabia and primitive parts of the Islamic world.   The supporters of this garment are misguided into believing that the burka is a welcome symbol of our multicultural diversity.  In reality the burka threatens social harmony, is feared, imprisons women, poses health risks such as rickets due to a lack of vitamin D being absorbed from sunlight, and is a potent security risk to our country and others.   There have already been instances of criminals wearing the burka to prevent detection and escape from the law.

Anyone wearing a safety helmet or balaclava is expected to remove these when entering a public place and there should be no exception for the burka or other face coverings.  Send a message to Mr. Cameron to address this issue in Parliament, and call upon a ban of these garments in ALL public places including our streets.  The argument supporting the wearer's Human Rights to do so is nonsense and must not outweigh the Human Rights of the public to feel safe
