Abandoned, and neglected house.

this house and property are not only dangerous as a fire hazard, the condition will undoubtably become a haven for all kinds of vermin, rats, snakes, raccoons, and more.  The closest house is only 15 feet away, there is fear of it also catching on fire.  One of the occupants is on oxygen 24-7, and is unable to walk without a cane.  This doesn't even touch the issue of property values to all residents living in this area.  The owner is uncorropative with getting it cleaned up and has recently moved out leaving behind this terrible mess she created.  She has shown no responsilbity.
