Justice for pets victimized by animal cruelty

One in four people are sociopaths. They prey upon kind people. Animal cruelty is one of the ways to create havoc and leave their victims hearts ripped out. I was a victim. My ex sent me pictures of my 11 year old cat Garfield, being torture in the most vicious ways imaginable. He is now stalking me even after going in hiding and filing a protective order. The prosecutor hasn't even made a decision if the state will press charges 3 weeks after reporting this crime. If a person can break into my home and steal then kill our pets, and not receive consequences no one's animals are safe !!!
