US Nuclear weapons and troops in Europe

The cold has been over for over 50 years and at a time when our schools and infrastructure is crumbling it is time to bring back all US troops stationed in Europe alongside with all US nuclear weapons stored in Europe and closure of all US bases in Europe along with US Africa Command

It stands to reason that Europe should be more interested in a United States that reins in military expenditures, reducing debt and deficits, thereby stabilizing an economy intertwined with that of Europe. It also stands to reason to ask if subsidizing European military forces is the right thing to do it is not. Europe is no danger from Russia or any other nations.
