Demand legal reform of new Manitoban marijuana legislation

This is a petition to bring awareness to the matter of new marijuana legalization laws in Manitoba. The penalties are insane and clearly a tax grab! You cannot in good conscience claim something is becoming legal then in the same sentence/law restrict all forma of use to such an extent that the government holds a monopoly! We are demanding legal reform of the new laws, namely the fines and the fact that you cannot grow your own yet the government can! You can legally make your own alcohol or grow your own tobacco, why can't you grow a plant that humans worldwide view as beneficial due to innumerable health benefits.
