HOA BOARD MEMBER/S REMOVAL

We as Milwaukee Ridge home owners and renters would like to have our HOA board member/s removed and replaced. This is due to the in discrepancies of the board only following the HOA rules, Texas laws and our HOA bylaws at their own discretion. These should be followed 100% and equally to all residents within our neighborhood. We feel that a specific board member was never properly voted in nor are the HOA meeting's and procedures being held to the standards of the State of Texas HOA laws or our current bylaws. We believe that there is a lack of communication between the HOA board and the community. This is deeply concerning and sadly these issues have caused home owners to move out of our neighborhood. Please sign this petition in order for us to request a meeting to have a vote on the removal and replacement of the board.
