The national anthem doesn't belong at football games

All the fuss about the actions of football players (and other athletes) making social justice statements symbolically when the national anthem is played before a game could be stopped if the anthem wasn't being played. Tell the NFL directors to eliminate the national anthem before games. They aren't political events, after all.

The tradition begn after the First World War. It should end now.
