change the immigration laws

hello,

I would like the immigration laws to change for the immigrants who need to immigrate and settle down in the U.S.A without being prosecuted. This will help the immigrants families to stay together so the families kids will not wind up into group homes and the kids can stay with their legal families after the laws had changed.
