No age for wages

I believe that the wages should have no age, 16 year olds should be paid the same as 35 year olds. The job is the same for everyone despite the age so why should the wages depend on your age? I’m a teenager earning £4.55 an hour, yes some teenagers are earning less but it’s not right. I work 30 hours a week or more for less money than older people doing the same hours. For the money i earn in 30 hours is the same as someone that earns £7.83 for working 17 hours and a bit.
This needs to be changed because we’re all the “equal” as they say.
