Release Lucy the elephant!

This petition is in response towards the cruel confinement of an Asian elephant at the Valley Zoo. She has been held captive there for over 36 years of her life. This is far too long for a social animal like herself to be confined and have very limited interaction with other elephants. Not to mention her being in a cold climate like that is not something they are used to. Therefore now is the time to release her back into the wild, where she belongs, before her health starts to deteriorate both physically and mentally.
