Underground storm shelter petition for the Joshua School District.

In a parents absence, a childs protection should be main priority.  With devastating tornadoes hitting all around us, we cannot claim that our children are/ or will remain safe. Building storm shelters would give them a safe place to go during incliment weather. Having our children alive out weighs the cost, by far!
