"United State Postal Service (USPS) should take accountability for losing your packages"

USPS has lost 2 of my packages in a year. Who covered the lost? The companies did. First time the mail carrier just left my package at an address that did not match the address on the package. Mail carrier went back the next day to retrieve it and said it wasn't there. Second time employee researched where my package was with the tracking number and call me back telling me the package was delivered to even the wrong street. but would not give me any more information on where my package was left. 20 min. later, the postmaster called and says "I'm sorry" well the package is gone, and they covered it up by saying it was in a locked Parcel locker (that doesn't lock) I checked that box early (9:30am) and there were 2 packages, and they were not my package. And again, the company covered it and reshipped my order. Why are the company's losing money on USPS ignorance? Then when I complained the USPS HELD MY PACKAGE AFTER USPS CUSTAMER SERVICE TYPED IN MY DELIVERY INSTRUCTION TO BE DELIVERED TO MY FRONT DOOR, MY FRONT DOOR IS 100 YARDS AWAY FROM MAILBOX. Post office is 11 miles away. I am 62 years old and no vehicle that works right now. Why are they getting away with this? Their action was spiteful, I know this. Pipe Creek, TX USPS is in the Hill Country. They have delivered to my front door countless times. I have lived here for 30 years. I cannot get action after letters to consumer affairs. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. USPS should not be allowed to do whatever they want. BUT they are...IT'S NOT RIGHT!
