Courts in the past have upheld that the clothing that someone is wearing is protected under the First Amendment under the guise of Free Speech.
It's high time that this be changed.
I hear by petition that Congress make an amendment to the First Amendment that females shall not wear bifurcated garments, aka, pants, trousers, leggings, shorts, etc.
Bifurcated garments were made for males to wear and thusly only males should be allowed to wear them!
Pants wearing by females shall be permitted within their own domicile and Congress shall enact penalties for any female caught wearing a bifurcated garment in public.
Any female who must wear a bifurcated garment for safety in their job shall seek another position or change their profession.
It's high time that males regain their dominance in being the only sex for pants wearing.
Deuteronomy 22:5 "A woman shall not wear anything that pertains to a man, nor shall a man put on a woman's garment; for whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD your God."
