Tell Congress and the Biden Administration to Invest in Skills Training

Since the start of the pandemic, almost 30% of our workforce — 50 million Americans — have filed for unemployment. Still today, Americans are struggling to make ends meet. Hundreds of thousands of workers need new skills in order to re-enter the workforce and secure good-paying jobs that can support a family.

President Joe Biden promised Americans that he would build back better, but building back our economy and our workforce requires an investment in skills training, because skilled workers are, and always have been, the backbone of our economy. An inclusive economic recovery depends on an investment in skills training.
