Demand that Private Lessons at the Paul Stock Aquatic Center be allowed to be taught by outside instructors

The Paul Stock Aquatic Center in Cody, WY does not have the ability to teach lessons at the demand in which it is wanted by the public. Members and Non-members of the facility. This inhibits many children's ability to learn how to swim, which is a very important skill for any age to have. Drowning is the #1 cause of death for children 5 and under in the United States. This is an important issue and should be addressed. The solution that we believe to be most beneficial for the public would be to allow outside instructors to teach private lessons at the Paul Stock Aquatic Center. This would allow the citizens of Cody, WY to have private lessons as they want and would allow them to have the instructors they would prefer. The Paul Stock Aquatic Facility is the only pool in Cody, WY and some citizens are not able to pay for the lessons that are offered by the facility. Why should we inhibit their need for swim lessons by privatizing them? It would be most beneficial for the public to have access to this beautiful facility that they, as taxpayers, help support.
