The public should claim the right to cause harm to any Seagull that causes a threat or annoyance to any person, personal property, pet, small child, or defenceless individuals.

After reading a number of stories regarding Seagulls, and how they have attacked individuals, children, babies, pets and other animals as well as causing an absolute mess around public and personal bins, not to forget the awful call they make at unacceptable times of the morning, and also in general. I feel that the bird should no longer be protected once it enters private, or public areas.
