Do you believe animal right should be greater and across the whole country and not just individual states.

3.5 million animals are killed a year in kill shelters and an estimate of 5.5 million animals are abused each year, and this needs to stop now. By you help of signing this petition, the Congress will understand how important it is to us that animals deserve more rights and that they will build upon the limited laws they have now to make them bigger and stronger.
