Demand affordable washing and dryer machines in both our Senior Facility, also larger washer and dry

We the senior citizens and residence of both Capital Towers and Capital Avenue Schools Apartments is at odds with the Vendor who supplies the washing machines and dryers for both complexes. We can't afford to pay them $1.25 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Though our washing demands fluxuaite from time to time, can mean that we have to use those facilities more than two to three times out of the month, our finances doesn't allow the extra to put into those machines. We expect our Managment Company to protect our rights and looks after our assests and we believe that either they can bring in another vendor that can and bring in "newer washing and dryer" and give us the price we can afford. We the people of both the Towers and Capitol Avenue Schools are in agreement with these changes and is asking for a turn around no later than March 1, 2015. It begins with you making the changes and the pricing and we expect you to comply with this demand as soon as possible.
