Reinstate Daphine Greene, Deputy Director of OHV Division

California Governor Jerry Brown has notified Daphine Greene, our Deputy DirDirector of Off Highway Vehicles (OHV) Division, that her services are no longer required effective December 31, 2011.Our Counties and Public Forests, here in Northern Califonia have received hundreds of thousands of dollars from the OHMVR Grants Program for recreational opportunities for the public and our concern is that with Daphine removed the pot will be raided of our green sticker funds.
Daphine has been instrumental in seeing that the needs of the public are being met through the green sticker program. She has been our advocate for receational use of our public Forests. Without her in this position we once again allow the Government to manipulate away another one of our freedoms and the right to utilize our public lands.
