WE DEMAND WEST LOTHIAN COUCIL REVERSE THE DESICION ON CHANGING GREY BIN SIZES WITHOUT PUBLIC CONSULTATION

West Lothian council have decided to replace 240L grey bins with 140L without any public consultation they have not taken anything into account suck as larger familys or health issues.... They may have made smll print available for people to contact them so they can offer assistance on how to recycle more this is patronising also they say about dropping off rubbish at there recycling depots what about people who dont drive ??? WE THE PEOPLE WANT WEST LOTHIAN COUNCIL TO DROP THIS IDEA OR MAKE IT A VOLUNTARY OPTION OR AT LEAST HAVE A OUBLIC CONSULTATION PERIOD
