Tell the World Health Organization to make mental health a priority

Mental illness is one of the greatest economic and humanitarian crises of our time.

Over 450 million people around the world live with serious mental illness today, and without access to treatment, it can lead to unemployment, homelessness, and in the most unfortunate cases, death.

To take on this global emergency, we need powerful, international agencies like the World Health Organization (WHO) to step up for mental health on a worldwide scale. Under the leadership of the new Director-General of WHO, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, we have an opportunity to ensure that mental health is a priority in all global health initiatives.

Sign this petition to tell WHO that you believe mental health must be a priority. Together we can jumpstart critical conversations about mental health and take the necessary steps to address the global crisis of mental illness.
