Please sign this petition to change the law that an employer can fire an employee for any reason or without having a reason. At this present time an employer can fire you at any time without reason or regards to your need for that job or the affect that losing that job may have on you. He can fire you even if you have been doing your job well and have a great record. I feel that an employer should have a good & factual reason to be able to fire an employee.
