Demand a better rail service

Overcrowding, delays, short trains, carriages in poor condition - many rail services don't even provide the basics. Passengers are also paying more but still arriving at their destination late and frustrated. This is completely unacceptable.

We know that train problems cost people more than just pounds. It's costing them time with their family and stopping them from getting to work.

Enough is enough. That’s why the consumer champion Which? has launched a new campaign calling on train companies, the regulator and the Government to deliver a rail service that truly puts passengers first.
