We the Residents of Upland, California, demand that the City of Upland, implement a Sewer Roach Control & Prevention Plan immediately! BECAUSE DUSTING MANHOLE COVERS WHERE INSECT ACTIVITY IS OBSERVED IS RIDICULOUS, UNACCEPTABLE, A JOKE & AN INSULT!
The Citizens Committee for Safe Solutions emailed the City of Upland on 9/14/17 and proposed that the City of Upland, implement the highly effective and safe solution that the City of Albuquerque uses biannually, to treat its 33,000 city manholes, to prevent sewer cockroach infestations. https://uplandradiation.files.wordpress.com/2017/09/roach-control-plan.pdf
It requires one pound of boric acid, sprayed into each manhole through a hole in the cover, which does not require lifting the manhole covers. Upland Residents should no longer be allowed to live in these horrendous conditions, with 1,000,000’s of Public Health Hazards coming from the city sewer system and into countless Upland homes and businesses, through the drain lines, in said homes and business!
