PULTY CONSTRUCTION: IMMEDIATE INCLUSION OF PLUMBING LEAKAGE PROBLEMS INTO THE PULTE HOME WARRANTY PL

Contrary to Pulte advertising of High Quality Construction, plumbing problems have plagued the subdivision of Split Rail within the Del Webb Sun City Mesquite community in much less (5 years) than the reasonably expected ten year life of the pipe.  Not only have individual residents been damaged with the necessity to repair/replace plumbing from the street to the house, but the roadway has been dug up on several occasions to replace fractured pipe.  This has caused stress and inconvenience to the residents.  Similar incidents have been experienced on other streets within the Split Rail Subdivision and possibly more.

It appears that the Pulte claim of "High Quality Construction" borders on fraud and this petition should, therefore, be honored forthwith.  Ref.: http://pulte-homes.pissedconsumer.com/
